To say exceptional would be un understatement. This was the perfect stay so far in Dubai. Absolutely everything was beyond expectation. From location, which is 3 mins away from the metro station and Jumeirah Lakes Tower Tram Station, 15 mins walk from the beach and right on Marina walk; to the rooms that were spacious, sparkling clean and with a breathtaking view, Vida Dubai Marina is the absolute best. The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, the coffee made by Zerise was delicious and all the others were so welcoming all the time. We will always choose Vida for our vacations in Dubai. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay here unforgettable!

We had the pleasure of staying 11 nights at Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager Sherouk Rehman. After experiencing noise from neighbors for two consecutive nights, she personally resolved the issue with outstanding professionalism and kindness. She moved us to the 12th floor, to a much larger and beautifully prepared room, which completely transformed our stay. Her attention and care made all the difference, and thanks to her, we enjoyed a wonderful and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

They helped me check in before the official time by arranging a transfer to an available room. They also carried my luggage to the room for me. Even my wife, who is very particular about cleanliness, was impressed by how clean the hotel was. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every single day, and they never cut corners. We tried the pizza, which was both delicious and generously sized. Despite the hot weather, the infinity pool was impressively kept cool. Upon check-out, they called a taxi for us. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful hotel, great staff (special mention goes out to Panashe and Gyan and others whose names i have forgotten - everyone was an absolute joy to interact with..!!!), contemporary setting, comfortable and beautiful room on the 12th floor with amazing city views. To me personally - this hotel is the best located in the whole Marina. The views are breathtaking. The room is way better than what's on the pics - loved chilling on the balcony at night. The hotel is close to all amenities:- mall, restaurants, walking track, metro, etc and we had the best morning and evening walks. Great value for money. Will definitely be coming back.! This Dubai vacation was amazing and the hotel made it extraordinarily amazing. !!!

Vida Dubai Marina – Real Service, Real People, Real Surprise I travel a lot for business and have stayed in many hotels in Dubai. But Vida Dubai Marina honestly surprised me. I arrived very early 6 AM way before check-in time, expecting to wait around, like in most places. But Essem at the reception greeted me with a big smile and gave me a room straight away. At first, I was in a city-view room. It was fine. But I asked if a Marina view was possible, 10 minutes later, I had a new key and the view I really wanted. I told him I had only booked 8 nights because I was planning to test a few hotels in the area. He said, “We’ll make sure you want to stay your entire trip with us.” He was right. I ended up extending 3 times! The location itself is ideal. But the outstanding of this hotel is without any doubt the Team. Victoria in the restaurant service team, the most professional person I’ve seen in Dubai hotels. Victoria understands cultural sensitivity, guest preferences and is someone who should be in upper management. To be fair, every single person in the service team goes every extra mile possible to make your stay feel home. Special thanks also for Simran, making me lunch boxes with love. Also the Driving team was daily checking if I needed a car to a meeting and waiting for me. As well the concierge team, helping me to move the times I changed rooms. Outstanding people, everyone. And then there’s Chef Islam and the kitchen team. I mentioned once that I was gluten intolerant. The next day, Chef Islam personally made my breakfast and said "whatever you want, let us know, we will make it for you" and “I made a gluten-free pancake recipe just for you.” That alone is reason enough to come back. One more thing that stood out: the outstanding woman leading the front desk team. I don’t remember her name, but I could feel her impact. This is Leadership on the highest level. Thank you everyone for the outstanding service, for making me feel at home.

Every single thing about this hotel was wonderful. The decor, the scented corridors and hallways, the views from the rooms and poolside, the quality of the breakfast and the way everywhere was spotlessly clean made my stay an incredible one. Perfectly located in the heart of the marina, you’re in close proximity to all the local amenities you need, including the Marina Mall and access to all modes of transport. What really topped it all off, however, was the staff. Omar and his front desk colleagues made checking in and out very easy. Each morning, the breakfast staff were all extremely attentive and made sure you were served anything you needed. Lastly, I created a great rapport with the extremely friendly porters at the entrance of the hotel - they were a great set of guys, super friendly, and went to great lengths in helping me get taxis to wherever I needed to go, as well as advising me on how to navigate my travels around the city. Hats off to them all. I visit Dubai every year but this was my first time at the Vida Marina - I’m convinced this is the only place I’ll be staying from now onwards. Thank you

From start to finish, our stay was beyond perfect — all thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday so special. A huge thank you to Brother Waqas, who was responsible for our transport. He surprised us with a brand-new 2025 Rolls-Royce, and the entire service was flawless. He was so courteous, respectful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Waqas truly set the tone for a luxury experience, and I can’t recommend him enough. At reception, Lourdes and Maureen were also amazing. They catered to every detail of my husband’s birthday and upgraded our room to a beautiful suite — free of charge. Their kindness and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. If you’re thinking of booking at Vida, don’t hesitate — the staff, service, and experience are unmatched.
