Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind staff. Every interaction felt genuine, and the hospitality was beyond expectations. The breakfast was outstanding – the selection was amazing, and the team working there were true professionals. The service was impressively fast and efficient, making each morning a delightful experience. Every aspect of the hotel felt well thought out, ensuring that we, as guests, had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym was fantastic, offering a great workout space with breathtaking views. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Housekeeping was exceptional – extremely attentive and meticulous, ensuring that everything was always spotless and welcoming. A truly special moment was my birthday surprise! The team went above and beyond by surprising me with a cake and a handwritten card in my room. During breakfast, they even brought out another cake with a candle and sang for me – it made me feel incredibly special and appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. A huge thank you to the front desk team – Maureen, Ashree, and Sulaimar – for making our stay even more wonderful. Location top notch and still not too many tourists here, ideal for a romantic walk and some shopping in Marina Mall, which is around the corner. Metro station is like 3 mins of walk, which was very practical for us. Rooms are nice modern. I liked especially the climatization - it was quiet and as a first place in Dubai, we didnt have to change anything on it for all our stay, there was the ideal temperature all the time. Breakfasts are very tasty. Maybe I would appreciate a bit more kinds of meal to choose from, but overall it was to our satisfaction. I hope we will return one day to this beautiful place!

The breakfast was so good, with plenty of options, the coffee made by Zerise was delicious and all the others were so welcoming all the time. We will always choose Vida for our vacations in Dubai.
